Once the website is deemed complete on the test server client will be invited to the Monkeyhouse offices to be trained on how to fully utilize, update and maintain the new site.
With training complete, client will physically sign a ‘Go-Live Sign-Off’ form / submit an electronic correspondence signifying total project completion.
Your WP website re-design includes 2 hours of training in addition to 45 days of tech support, which is included free of charge after the site goes live.
After that time tech support will be billed at our current hourly rate of $150 [$120 for nonprofits] unless the issue is minor and takes less than 10 minutes to correct.
Once ‘Go-Live Sign-Off’ and final payment is obtained, Monkeyhouse will begin the process of transitioning the new website to a fully online-state.
